About the role
Work directly with the founding team on live experiments across multiple domains. This isn't a coffee-fetching internship — you'll build real products, talk to real users, and ship things that people actually use. We move fast, iterate constantly, and expect you to learn by doing.
What you'll do
- ▸Help build and ship product experiments across fintech, retail, and mobility
- ▸Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- ▸Work with AI-assisted development tools to prototype solutions rapidly
- ▸Manage project timelines and coordinate across ongoing experiments
- ▸Write content and documentation for products and the Findrive blog
What we're looking for
- ▸Curiosity over credentials — we care more about what you've built or tried than where you studied
- ▸Comfort with ambiguity — experiments don't come with instruction manuals
- ▸Strong written communication — clarity of thought matters here
- ▸Familiarity with digital tools (spreadsheets, basic analytics, content platforms)
- ▸Bonus: interest in fintech, lending, or retail operations in India
