ColdStart Labs is a project lab that experiments across domains — fintech, retail, urban mobility, content, and whatever comes next. We ideate, build fast with AI-assisted tools, and test the waters with real users.

10+ years across logistics SaaS, supply chain finance, digital lending, and collections technology. The constant has been owning delivery — not advising on it, but being accountable for what ships.
ColdStart Labs formalises what was always happening on the side: spotting problems at work, building tools to solve them, and shipping them independently. AI-assisted development made this realistic at scale — going from a problem to a deployed product in days, not quarters.
The experiments span fintech (Taksh Fin, Contexa, Findrive), retail (Saksham, Pickly), and urban mobility (CoMutes). Some are live. Some are concepts. All started as a problem that wouldn't stop nagging.
What we look for in experiments
- ▸Real problems — observed firsthand, not hypothesised from a pitch deck
- ▸Buildable scope — can a working version exist in days, not months?
- ▸Clear signal — will we know quickly if this is worth pursuing further?
- ▸Domain depth — do we understand the space well enough to build something useful?
